OrderBee

SMS & Telegram Messaging Policy

Last updated 4 July 2026

This Policy explains how FREE HIM INC. ("OrderBee," "we," "us") sends text messages and Telegram notifications, and how to stop them. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Who sends what

Messages sent from a restaurant's own Companion device come from that restaurant's own phone number, using their own carrier connection — the restaurant, not OrderBee, is the sender of record for those texts. See our Restaurant Partner Agreement §6 for the restaurant's obligations there.

2. Message types

All messages we send today are transactional/informational, tied to an order, a call, or a waitlist visit you initiated — for example: order confirmations, "your order is ready," one-time verification codes, and phone-order chat links. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. If that changes, we will collect separate opt-in consent first and update this Policy.

3. Consent

4. Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any SMS sent by OrderBee (via Telnyx) to stop future messages on that channel; reply HELP for support, or email support@orderbee.app. To stop Telegram alerts, disconnect Telegram in your dashboard settings. For a text sent from a restaurant's own Companion device, reply to that number directly or contact the restaurant — it is not an OrderBee-controlled number.

Texts from a restaurant's own number (Companion). If a restaurant texts you from its own phone line, replying STOP reaches that restaurant directly; you can also simply tell the staff. Restaurant staff mark your number "Don't text" in the OrderBee Companion app, which stops both the restaurant's automated texts and OrderBee's platform texts to your number. Opt-outs are honored within 10 business days at the latest — typically immediately.

5. Carrier disclosure

Message frequency varies by order/visit. Message and data rates may apply. OrderBee is not responsible for carrier fees or delays.

6. Registration status (A2P 10DLC)

Messages from OrderBee's own number are sent over A2P 10DLC with a registered brand (OrderBee, operated by FREE HIM INC.) and an approved ACCOUNT_NOTIFICATION campaign for transactional order links and verification codes. Message content matches the samples registered with the campaign. Messages sent by a restaurant through the OrderBee Companion app come from the restaurant's own phone number and are person-to-person messages initiated on the restaurant's device; they are not sent over OrderBee's A2P number.

7. Record-keeping

We log the timestamp, phone number, channel, and message type for each text we send, so we can demonstrate consent and honor opt-outs.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
